Elliot Lee Richardson (1920–1999) was Massachusetts Lt Gov 1965-67 + AG 1967-69. Held an unmatched 4 Cabinet posts under Nixon + Ford: HEW Secretary, Defense Secretary, Attorney General, Commerce Secretary. As Nixon AG, refused to fire Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox + resigned in the October 20 1973 "Saturday Night Massacre." Later UK + UN ambassador.
